The Web cast (above) Archives record 3 minute Interactive Dialogues with UN Member States. This gives the viewer the option of listening only to countries they are interested in watching if the viewer’s time is short. The troika Draft reports of the Working Groups are presented for Adoption two or three days the initial inter-active dialogues in the fifth session. The final Universal Periodic Review will be presented for adoption with follow-up recommendations in the Universal Periodic Review sixth session. The UN Office of High Commissioner for Human Rights then posts the Adopted UPR with Stakeholder letters under the Human Rights in the World, New Zealand later in the year.    

 

The Universal Periodic Review reports rarely includes adequate if any information, on Article 18 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the 1981 U.N. Declaration on the Elimination of All Forms of Intolerance and of Discrimination Based on Religion or Belief for follow-up of Universal Periodic Reports.
